Didn't get a lot done this week as I have been sick since Monday. Started with a sore throat and 100 degree fever. Fever went down to 99 and I thought I was getting better Wednesday. I made myself a huge pot of homemade chicken and veggie soup and that seemed to help. But the fever was back up to 100 last night and my sinuses are killing me today. Still, I have bought tickets to the masquerade ball tonight and my friend Ali and I have been planning this event for three weeks... so I will make it, even if it is only for a few hours. I just won't be very outgoing (I'm naturally reserved so it takes extra energy to fake it) or dance.
Resting up the rest of the day.
