Overdid It...

Silly me! I thought I could run to the bank and get a few groceries on a rainy day. Now there is burning pain running through every limb and even my fingers and toes. It is frustrating to be so fragile. I was never fragile before fibro. It is a constant disappointment to me. People say I have to learn to accept it. Somehow.
